Customer Requirements
In 2022, Promultis were commissioned to supply a Lightning III Touchscreen and two 55" 4K Interactive Allure Kiosks for Cloud EQ to use at Cloud Expo Europe. Cloud EQ are a full stack cloud computing company offering solutions in cloud migration, optimisation, security etc..
- The IMMERSE Software Team created interactive experiences for the hardware and the Promultis team installed and supported the client over the two-day event.
- Cloud EQ were impressed in how the technology and software drew potential new clients onto the stand and how easy it was to capture client’s data through the IMMERSE experiences and bespoke interactive games.
Promultis Solution
The results blew them away, they over doubled the leads they had received the previous year.
- Promultis supplied two 65" 100 Touch UNO 2 Interactive Tables along with 65″ Lightning III Screens mounted above them on the wall.
- The idea was to let clients interact with the Tables while also letting passers-by view the interaction, hopefully drawing them onto the stand.
- Multiple interactive pucks could be placed on the Tables, each puck would then trigger an interactive rondel that the user could use to navigate through the products and services Cloud EQ offer, they could view pdfs, images and videos.
- Data capture and lead generation is the key at an Exhibition so users can choose content/information/videos they wanted to have sent to them drop into a basket, input their name and email address and have the content sent to peruse over later.
