CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
DOOH approached us on behalf of M&S (Marks & Spencer), to create an interactive digital signage experience at two of their flagship locations in Westfield Shopping Centres in London. M&S wanted something that would engage customers in a busy retail setting.
PROMULTIS SOLUTION
Promultis provided and installed two wrapped Totem Focuses for M&S. To keep in theme with M&S's Christmas advert, Dawn French as the M&S fairy was displayed on the back of the totems. We also provided floor vinyl's which showed customers where to stand when engaging with the software. To ensure the totems were secure and stable while still maintaining a sleek look, we designed bespoke ballast systems that contained sandbags.
Promultis’ team worked closely with DOOH to test the interactive software, to ensure a magical experience for customers. When customers approached the totem and waved, Dawn French (the fairy) would magically create a feast of M&S food on the screen. A QR code would then appear on the screen, offering customers the chance to win a £250 M&S voucher.
