CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT

HSS Proservice Marketplace approached us with the goal of creating an interactive digital installation at their event in Manchester, that would engage their employees and gather feedback about what they could do better. They also required a solution that would encourage employees to connect with the company’s social media platforms and share their photos and videos of the day, to then be displayed as part of a social media wall. The installation needed to be eye-catching, accessible, and capable of handling multiple interactive elements, from social media feeds to feedback forms.

Promultis Solution

To meet the needs of HSS Proservice Marketplace, we provided a range of touchscreen equipment complete with Bespoke IMMERSE Software, which were installed by the team at their Manchester event. The hardware setup included our 55", 4K, 10 Touch Totem Focus and Totem Focus 2's, a 4K UHD 86" Lightning IV with 32 IR Touch Points, and bespoke IMMERSE Software, created for HSS Proservice Marketplace.

The bespoke IMMERSE Software was equipped with various interactive features:

Feedback & Employee Engagement Forms: Four digital forms were integrated, allowing employees to share feedback and submit their suggestions for workplace improvements.

Social Media Interaction Screens: Two of our Totems displayed QR codes linking directly to HSS Proservice Marketplace's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles. This made it easy for employees to connect with the company online.

Social Media Display: The 86" Lightning IV screen showcased social media posts tagged with #hssproserviceteam, creating a dynamic, real-time display of employee-generated content and highlighting moments shared on the day.

The sleek and intuitive design of the hardware, combined with the custom software features, provided HSS Proservice Marketplace with a powerful tool to engage employees, gather feedback, and promote social media interaction in an innovative way.
