Customer Requirements
Newcastle Emlyn Town Council in Wales approached Promultis with the aim of enhancing the town’s public communication and community engagement.
- They sought a modern, outdoor digital signage solution that would provide local residents and visitors with easy access to important information, services, and events.
- The solution needed to be durable, user-friendly, and suitable for the unpredictable weather conditions of the Welsh outdoors.
Promultis Solution
Promultis installed a 55" 4K Ascentia Outdoor Totem, that is IP65 rated and up to 3500 nits in the centre of Newcastle Emlyn, selected for its durable, weatherproof design that ensures high visibility in all conditions.
- We also developed bespoke, bilingual IMMERSE Software with a custom homepage that provides key town information in both Welsh and English. The software links to their official website, interactive maps, and local business, event, and service details.
- Working closely with the Town Council, we created an intuitive platform that allows easy access to real-time updates, helping residents and visitors find out about events in the local area in an engaging and modern way.
