Customer Requirements

Worksmart Technology are an award-winning organisation and lead the charge when it comes to providing successful hosted communications.


  • Worksmart commissioned Promultis to fulfil the requirement of a 6 x 1 Video Wall fixed to a tall column situated in the brand new Here East building, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London.

  • A retail & digital signage solution was required for the Screens including several scrolling banners with relevant feeds of local information. These included a clock, weather feed, twitter and local travel information as standard.

  • The scrolling banners needed to be easily updated by the client on a regular basis to feature branded events and promotions within the Centre.

Promultis engineers designed and constructed a 6 x 1 Video Wall within a frame structure featuring six 55” LED screens.


  • The Promultis software team developed Bespoke IMMERSE Software for Worksmart Technology. The Software features several interchangeable scrolling banners with external feeds and branded internal information about the centre.


  • A Bespoke IMMERSE Content Management System has been developed using spreadsheets allowing the client to update content. The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, launched London Tech Week in June 2017.
