Every Promultis touchscreen table hire comes ready to engage your visitors from the moment it’s switched on.
Choose to run your own presentations, videos and touch-compatible software, or our in-house team can design and build a bespoke interactive experience, from product showcases and interactive maps to branded games. Selected tables also support object recognition with IMMERSE software, so placing a physical object on the screen can instantly trigger videos, product information or animations.
Electric Height & Tilt Adjustable Options
Need a table that adapts to your space and your audience? Our rental stock includes height and tilt adjustable mobile touch tables from the Promultis Varitilt range. With electronic controls, the screen can be raised for standing visitors, lowered for children and wheelchair users, or tilted upright to create an eye-catching angled display. Built-in castor wheels make them easy to move around your stand or venue.

How much does it cost to hire a touch screen table?
Touch screen table hire starts from £65.09 ex VAT per day. Your final price depends on the table size, how long you hire it for, your delivery location, and whether you need bespoke software or on-site support. Multi-day hires get discounted rates. What's the minimum hire period?
You can hire a touch table for a single day. We also offer longer-term hire for exhibitions, temporary installations and events.
What sizes of touch table can I hire?
Our hire tables range from 43″ to 86″, with 4K UHD displays. Smaller tables suit compact exhibition stands and reception areas, while larger tables work best where several people will use them at once. Height-adjustable and tilting models are also available.
How many people can use a touch table at the same time?
Our tables use projected capacitive (PCAP) touch technology, with up to 100 touch points on selected models. That means several people can tap, swipe and play at once, which makes our tables ideal for group games and busy exhibition stands.
Can I run my own software or content?
Yes. Our tables are available with optional PC’s, so you can run your own presentations, videos and touch-compatible software. Send your content to us before your event, and we’ll load and test it on your table before dispatch.
What is object recognition?
Object recognition with IMMERSE Software lets selected tables detect physical items placed on the screen. For example, putting a puck on the table can instantly bring up videos, product details or animations. It’s a memorable way to connect physical products with digital content at events.
Can you create custom software for my event?
Yes. Our in-house software team can design and build bespoke interactive experiences, such as product configurators, interactive maps, quizzes, branded games, and just about anything else you can think of!
Do you deliver, set up and collect the table?
Yes. We can deliver across the UK and internationally, set everything up at your venue, and de-rig and collect the table once your event finishes.
Do you offer dry hire?
Yes. Stand builders and AV teams can dry hire our touch tables, delivered to site for their own teams to install. Every table is still tested, software-checked and cleaned before it leaves our warehouse.
