How much does it cost to hire a kiosk or totem?
Kiosk or totem hire starts from £41.19 ex VAT per day. Your final price depends on the unit size, how long you hire it for, your delivery location, and whether you need bespoke software or on-site support. Multi-day and multi-unit hires get discounted rates. Download our price list or request a quote for an exact figure.
What's the minimum hire period?
You can hire a kiosk or totem for a single day. We also offer longer-term hire for exhibitions, temporary installations and events.
What sizes of kiosks and totems can I hire?
Our hire tables range from 32″ to 65″, with 4K UHD displays. Smaller units suit compact exhibition stands and reception areas, while larger unit work best where several people will use them at once.
How many people can use a touch kiosk or totem at the same time?
Our kiosks and totems use projected capacitive (PCAP) touch technology, with up to 10 touch points on selected models. That means several people can tap, swipe and play at once, which makes our kiosk and totem ideal for group games and busy exhibition stands.
Can I run my own software or content?
Yes. Our kiosks and totems are available with optional PC’s, so you can run your own presentations, videos and touch-compatible software. Send your content to us before your event, and we’ll load and test it on your kiosk and totem before dispatch.
Can you create custom software for my event?
Yes. Our in-house software team can design and build bespoke interactive experiences, such as product configurators, interactive maps, quizzes, branded games, and just about anything else you can think of!
Do you deliver, set up and collect the kiosk or totems?
Yes. We can deliver across the UK and internationally, set everything up at your venue, and de-rig and collect the kiosk or totem once your event finishes.
Do you offer dry hire?
Yes. Stand builders and AV teams can dry hire our products, delivered to site for their own teams to install. Every product is still tested, software-checked and cleaned before it leaves our warehouse.
What support do I get during my event?
Phone support is included throughout your hire. If you’d prefer a technician on site, we offer on-site support as an optional extra, so any issues can be handled immediately.
