V‑Real were looking to modernise Claxton House with a visually engaging setup. Their aim was to attract attention from the street with high‑impact digital signage placed in the shop windows, drawing potential buyers into the space. Once inside, visitors would be able to use an interactive touchscreen to explore new apartment layouts, browse image galleries, and get a clear sense of the development before viewing a show home. The overall experience needed to feel modern and intuitive.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

Promultis delivered and installed two 43″ Promultis Totem Max Bright displays for the shop windows, providing bold, high‑brightness digital signage that immediately captured the attention of people passing Claxton House. These units allowed V‑Real to showcase key visuals and development highlights in a clear and modern way, helping draw potential buyers into the space.

Inside, a 55″ Promultis Lightning IV touchscreen was installed to give visitors an intuitive and engaging way to explore apartment layouts, browse image galleries, and learn more about the development. The touchscreen offered a simple, user‑friendly experience that allowed customers to navigate the content independently and at their own pace.

The combined setup created a smooth journey from street‑side interest to in‑store interaction, meeting V‑Real’s goal of modernising Claxton House with a clean, professional, and engaging digital experience.
