CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

We were approached by Event Concept on behalf of a major industry client for the prestigious Estate Agent Masters event in Battersea, London. Their goal was to create an engaging and memorable experience that encouraged participation and fun among attendees. They wanted an interactive game that would appeal to everyone, complete with a live leaderboard to promote friendly competition. Trusting Promultis and their IMMERSE Software to bring this vision to life, they looked to us to deliver a dynamic and engaging solution that would elevate the overall event experience.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

To meet our client’s requirements, Promultis carried out the full installation and de-rig, delivering an interactive and engaging setup that brought their vision to life.

The main attraction was a 43" Allure Kiosks running IMMERSE Software, featuring a “Guess the Property Price” game where attendees estimated the value of five different properties. As part of the game, participants completed a built-in data capture form that automatically submitted their details and scores. These scores were then displayed on a live leaderboard shown on a 65" Lightning III screen, also powered by IMMERSE Software, encouraging friendly competition among guests. All collected data was securely uploaded to a cloud-based CMS, allowing our client to review engagement and insights after the event.
