CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

The Whitehill & Bordon redevelopment project required a large-scale outdoor display solution to support community events and enhance the public space. The primary use case was an outdoor cinema, where visitors could drive in and watch films, alongside other live events and public engagement activities. The aim was to create a focal point that would deliver clear, high-quality visuals in an open-air environment.

The solution needed to be durable and weather-resistant, capable of performing reliably in varying outdoor conditions. It also had to provide sufficient brightness and scale to ensure content remained visible to large audiences, both during the day and in low-light evening settings.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

To meet these requirements, Promultis supplied and installed a 10m × 5m outdoor LED video wall, purpose-built for large-scale public viewing and drive-in cinema experiences.

The LED display provides a high-brightness, high-resolution viewing experience, making it ideal for outdoor cinema screenings, where visitors could watch films from their cars, as well as live events and public content. Its large format ensures clear visibility for audiences gathered across the space, while its robust design allows it to perform reliably in outdoor conditions.

By delivering a large-format outdoor LED solution, Promultis helped create a versatile community asset that supports events, enhances the local environment, and provides an engaging outdoor cinema experience.
